Why am I not surprised by this. I get gamesmanship and all but Rhule is an odd duck. I just do not get playing a rookie out of position from the start. There is virtually no difference between Sam and Baker as far as qbs are concerned. You can cherry pick whatever stat you want to it won't matter. They both suck and I can't believe the team wants to throw money and picks at another Sam Darnold clone that is a colossal asshole.

This is concerning within itself. If that is true then it appears that we were the only team to have a grade higher than a 3rd, if even that high on him. First round grade my ass.

We would be eating Sam's contract and assuming a good chunk of Baker's as it stands now. There would be no even swap for Sam. Sam's worthless to Cleveland in this scenario. If it's an even swap then throw in Robbie and his contract while you're at it since they are being so generous. Hate to make them feel cheated.
