What most people on this site don’t seem to understand is you can’t just line up and run the ball right at the defense over and over, especially when your QB is directly responsible for costing your team at least 3 scores and giving the other team at least 2 more. I don’t think giving Dowdle 10 more carries would have changed any of that. We couldn’t even throw a screen pass without it being intercepted.
