No. Anyone who researched him and watched him would dismiss him as a G. He was a boom or bust LT. He busted. You do not experiment with a LT if you have your future QB back there. Not only does it get the QB hurt if he gets hit, but just KNOWING Little is on the left side can cause the QB to hurry a throw or flinch when the clock in his head hits 3 seconds..

I come here for advice about romance. -
I think we are in a great position with Paradis--if we have a rookie G on either side, it might be worth it to keep him for 1 year---since we are not going to benefit from his cap relief this year anyway--and upgrade C next year. However, if we can bring in a few G's in free agency, I really like the rookies in the draft (Myers, Humphries, etc) so we could add a T and a C and we'd be suddenly good on the OL. If we trade for a QB, then we lose the first rounder, but there should be some tackles in the second and maybe a C in the third. I could live with it.

FS was (and has always been) on my "need to upgrade" list, that is for sure.
-
Are people saying, "He was the worst FS in Panther's history?" I have not seen that.
-
Ok, now I can ask. What number was he? Did anyone see the front of his jersey? (joking)
-
And remember, fans, we can still get about $20m in cap room for cutting Shaq and Paradis, but that would be post June 1 in both cases. About $10m now.

You all know how analytical I am--how I put this all together and can usually tell everyone exactly what is going to happen a day after it happens. 1. Several players are cut, creating cap room. 2. Denver drops out of Houston discussion (this is important because if they stay with Lock, he needs to know / think they were not really serious about Watson) 3. Teddy supposedly unfollows the Panthers on Twotter. _______________________________________________________________________ This all has to mean one thing: Three things happened today. -

Well said, sir. Me too. -
I agree, even though I know that the trade will go down March 5 for 3 firsts and Burns and Watson will arrive in Charlotte on American Airlines flight 322 at 3:34 PM. He will wear #4 for the Panthers, since Kasay shanked the kickoff in Super Bowl 38, preventing that jersey number from every being retired.

Damn. He used math on us. I'm out.

Nobody said what you suggested. How easy it must be to win arguments when you start with a fallacious and false interpretation of what someone said only for the purpose of making yourself seem smart. Nice try.

If the Huddle were an NFL team, who would we be willing to part with? It has to be someone of value, but someone we could probably do without. I have a no-trade clause, btw, to prevent trolls from attacking when I make posts like this.

It sure smells like it-he could pull a Gerald McCoy and do nothing but rush the passer--I think he had 5 sacks here and 15 tackles.
-
Free agency is going to be tough for free agents this year--not that much money to go around. When GMs have to check to see if you are still in the league, I doubt he gets many if any offers.
-
Not glamorous, but you are probably right, and if they see a LT in him, maybe it would be significant. I like Moton's brains, his technique, and his durability. I hope for a long-term contract, but a tag would be fine for now.
-
Never understood Rivera, but this seems to be a very accurate assumption.
-
Yeah, the other side of the coin is "today is the day we are going to clean out the garage." and it is fair to these players to give them time to prepare for free agency. But we are desperate for hope and news, so damn you!
-
Gettlemen drafted (4th round?) but Hurney re-signed him (pretty sure)
-
Fingers crossed.
-
I forgot all about that. Standing corrected.
-
This just in: I am liking the moves. There seems to be some urgency right now (or is that me hoping there is urgency). I sense a move coming on.
-
I feel exactly the same way--Corn raised his stock and if I were him, I would at least shop myself.
-
He never saw the field--I was hoping he was developmental and would be decent, but you are right--we need a CB to play the #1 WR.

Good post. I am with you. I think Elder is a free agent, but he was good last year.
