If you’re wondering how far we have to go
ProcessBlue2 replied to Doc Holiday's topic in Carolina Panthers
The Rams are the only reason I have any optimism left. If their owner can figure it out, then about 27/32 can. -

Kind of guy that falls ass backwards into a job he can't perform in while everyone else looks on in awe. Kills the moral fast. My guess is he interviewed well and and the right things at the right times. When the fanbase is right more than the GM (almost every time) it's painfully obvious. -

Matt Rhule looks like one of the guys from a viagra commercial. -
I was ready to jump on Bryce about QBR & passer RTG, but...

The Lions are us 9-12 years ago if you believe in the NFL Script Conspiracy. The Chiefs are the Patriots. We are now the Deshone Kizer era Cleveland Browns. -
some rando's opinion... Evero *will be* first to be fired

I don't think Wilks could be drug back here. He will be in college somewhere is my guess. I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to coach vacancies/hirings. I don't see it happening. I think it will be somebody with a clear connection to Brandt, Morgan, Canales, or Goodwin. Bob Saleh, Joe Cullen, Aaron Curry, Ken Norton Jr, somebody in that realm. If we are lucky, James Bettcher. IMO we are more likely to land Ron than Wilks which I think would do more harm than good. -
Perhaps Evero never practices it. Perhaps he has never thrust his hips before. Perhaps.

He was overhyped in Denver because their offense was so bad. Vance Joseph left him a solid defense and he took credit for it. Ben McAdoo beat his defense that year. -

Maybe Hunt. -
We never had this debate with Cam or Jake (early years). A franchise QB doesn't have the fanbase split on whether he is the franchise QB or not. You think people in DC are debating whether or not Daniels is their franchise QB or not? You think Denver is doing it? You guys get attached too easy.

Something like 80 players -
Look bud, I was shitt on for weeks (mods included) because I said Ricky West didn't belong on the roster. 90% can't remember him now.

Imagine working for them every day. I mean that literal. 67 days at one point 10+hours per day. -

Yes, Overo for Evero. -

Maybe its just coach speak. However, Canales just said he hopes to build off of the 3-4 scheme here with Evero. Tepper, do your thing. -

He got me too not long after that, I complained about him choosing a cheaper material in one of our processes that required twice the amount of labor and pointed out he wasn't actually saving any money by doing it. I got put on an impossible project with ridiculous deadlines not long after that and got the point. Luckily, I found a better company after that and then eventually I was my own boss when I started doing my own thing. -

No I did not. I'll clarify. I was having some performance review conversations with an employee and found out afterwards he was already searching for a job. When he gave me his notice, I backed off and let him finish his notice. I dropped the performance follow-ups because he was leaving anyways and there was no point. When he was packing his stuff up on his last day, my boss couldn't believe I let him work a notice so he ran down the hall and "terminated" him about 2 hours or less before the day was up. -

First job I had in a management role, there was a difficult employee who was a nightmare to manage. After a few one on one conversations I got word he was looking for another job, so I kind of put a pause on our follow-ups. A few days later, he turned in a notice and I let him finish it out. On his last day while he was packing his stuff up, my boss asked what he was doing and I told him. He demanded that I go to his office and fire him on the spot. I explained, he was packing up and would be gone soon, he didn't care. He went down there and did it himself right then. That will be David Tepper with Ejiro Evero. -

Tepper hasn't fired anyone in over a year. He is ready for it. -
Cool, he's on par with Aidan O'Connell
