Not sure, during fanfest I was watching Sam and Baker very closely. Sam was moving the ball down the field, looking like practice Sam, very capable, efficient, patient even. Baker looked exactly like he does now. No progress. I can't rightfully judge McAdoo without a QB executing and Baker doesn't. I think Sam is coming back for his job. He's getting paid a lot of money and Baker has crashed out, Sam would be better in this offense we can all see that, at least I hope we all can.

This is some bad bad football, almost unwatchable and if Fitterer had the lead in Baker coming here (stupid from the outset) he needs to go with Rhule. Perhaps promote Dan Morgan but it was inexcusable and once again set us back while making a once proud but mediocre franchise a joke. Those of us... . who were on our soapbox about how stupid a move this Baker trade would be had already come to terms with this being another wasted season and now 15 or so games deeper into Jetsville. This is heart rendering.

Anyone who thinks they actually saw Matt Corral and not Matt Rhules version of Matt Corral haven't been watching. Truth is nobody has seen Corral with a first or second team offensive line so claiming to "know" anything from what Matt Rhule allowed you to see is just like believing Matt Rhule about Baker "winning" a "competition, foolishness.

The QB at the very end of the bench that they traded up to get looked horrible after not many physical reps and was told mental reps were for him as well as third string, not on the team, lineman and wide outs. But, but, but he was playing against third stringers with third stringers in front of him and at WR, TE, RB and he looked horrible! These are the RhuleAid drinkers, probably the same ones who trusted Matt Rhules choices in Baker, Sam, PJ etc. Matt Rhule NEVER intended for ANYBODY to look good but Baker. You've been sold a load of crap on Baker and a load of crap against Corral. Wake up. See what Corral does hopefully with a REAL coach before making half assed statements like he's no good. He wouldn't be there if he wasn't a good QB, if he wasn't worth.

Reminds me of how the commentators try to explain away Baker's suck, while Cam Newton a superior QB was always scrutinized instead.

I don't know Baker so I don't have a proper perspective but to me in my opinion the cameras were on him entering the venue with his shades on, the body language looked sedated, crashed out, no motivation, no desire. Cleveland broke him with the Watson acquisition and the psyche was allowed to rot while he sat there with no trade partners, 30 teams passed, Seattle passed, then Goodwill shopper Matt Rhule comes along. Rhule then "throws Sam under the bus" with this fake contrived "QB competition" that really wasn't a competition because it only included 2QBs and it was just a coronation for his new broken toy. What a friggin joke. Is he really this stupid or is it a combination of stupid people? I hope it's the later.

What a weasel. Told you guys he doesn't take responsibility like he should. Yeah I heard him say ultimately things are his fault but no mature leader throws folks under the dang bus. With Rhule his sense of self preservation is stronger than his nutsack.
