I had 0 wins with Bryce at qb… now I’ll say 5 wins.

Almost 400 yards of offense and 27 points through 3 quarters…. no way Young can see the field again… you’ve got to get a backup from somewhere. Then cut him in the offseason

Even with a crappy call and going backwards, still got points. Haven’t seen that since prime cam days. Kinda nice actually

The panthers actually have an offense and can get yards and score points with a qb that can throw the ball more than 10 yards. Oline still needs work but it looks hella better without happy feet behind the line

256 yards and 21 points at halftime… might be in the top 5 for points and yards in a whole game over the last two years. Dunno if should cry or laugh or both.

He’s done as a Panther… he’s asked for a trade. He is 100% done after this season.

He doesn’t, I said during the draft process that he played at 175-180 during the season at Alabama. He’s probably 185 with extra weight on right now.

Bryce took a lot of unnecessary sacks at Bama too, I brought this up during the draft lead up. He had three major flaws to me. Size, arm strength, and happy feet in the pocket. Happy feet still hasn’t been fixed, don’t think it can be.

You clearly have to cut him and move on.

My issues with Bryce go back to his college tape. He had happy feet then and led all draft eligible qb’s in an at fault sacks. His size and arm strength… I had him as my third rated qb and rated similar to Levis. I didn’t like him as a prospect and his nfl tape shows the same issues that his college tape shows.

I think I’ll watch my first full game in a long time now.

Let’s put it this way…. he’s dead last in yards per drop back since 2011….out of 431 quarterbacks….he’s dead last in yards per drop back. or we can go further than that if you’d like to, he’s the worst qb in modern NFL history and the stats actually back that up. he should’ve never been drafted first, all his problems showed up on tape to me when watching and I said as much during the offseason leading up to that draft.

The problem was BY and David Tepper… David Tepper will continue to be a problem and it’s why I’ve completely stopped watching the NFL.

My problem is that his biggest weakness that “he can improve” his pocket awareness and footwork is still as horrible as it was in college and it hasn’t gotten better in two college seasons and one professional season plus an offseason… it’s still god awful… if that doesn’t improve… he doesn’t improve and you can’t really fix that mid season.

1.80 too much. They need to start paying fans to show up and not charging.

The way he gets happy feet and moves in the pocket as always been an issue for him… I can’t believe it wasn’t really in scouting reports

Oh I know, I mentioned this and happy feet and taking sacks at a high rate that he was responsible for were major issues and he was my 3rd rated qb in that draft class. Had him behind AR and Stroud and about on the same level as Levis.

He was like that in college too, they had so much more talent compared to other teams it didn’t matter much.

If he’s fired after one season, it will be to hire another head coach to fix Bryce and not draft a QB in the draft next offseason. Lmfao

They apparently also did this for Slavic’s contract as well just not to this big of an extent

8 years- 63.2m. 7.5mAAV deferred payment due after the contract is over… no idea on how much the deferred payment is but I’d be willing to bet it’s a lot more than the missing 400k Aav from each season.

Expect Jarvis to come in at 8 years and 8.25AAV.
