Give me Reich. Experienced offensive coach thats had success in Indi with shitty QBs get him a QB and just have a good offense for years to come ass opposed to having to find replacements for OC. The second an OC has success, GOODBYE. We need stability and an offensive system in place thats here to stay. Not a new play caller every other year Id be stoked for Reich.

Coaching does matter especially in SF where you have a JAG QB hitting wide open dudes of of greatly designed play action passes, and the weapons around him do the work for him. Its amazing. get a coach like shanahan that will be here with a system that will be around for years and years. not some stupid ass defensive coach who the second we have a good OC will be sniped. get the fug outa here.
