    Nah, yall all trippin. He was wonderful! He’s the best! So good in fact I’d hate for him to waste his talents stuck here. Let him go be a head coach where he can put all this awesomeness on another more deserving city/team. We don’t deserve anymore of his historic record breaking defensive genius. /s

    The kid has earned it. In no uncertain terms. He earned it. Proud of the kid for turning it around. I was done with him, but slowly he won me back. I want him to keep improving. He looks like he can play this game at the highest level. Go be special.

    We haven’t beat ATL in ATL in a damn month of Sundays. I don’t know if he’s a top 10 QB or not, but if he can consistently put 40 on the board the question will answer itself.

    His play was good, but what sold me was how he showed he cares about being a Panther. Buddy is ready to throw hands for this team and this city and I’m here for it. Congrats Jaycee, you’ve earned it.

    We aren’t drafting a QB. I wasn’t trying to imply that in any stretch, I just meant the teams that need them will push other top prospects down the line to us. Best case scenario we get to select the first defensive player in the draft.

    “1st round QB” definition has changed since the rookie wage scale. It’s no longer a death sentence to over draft the most necessary position high in the draft. But you may be right. We’ll just have to hold our breath and see what shakes out.

    5 QB needy teams ahead of us and the one that doesn’t sits at #1? Not bad.

    They do it all the time. Just about every Bama QB and The Golden Calf of Bristol come to mind. Hell, Timmy couldn’t even throw and still got picked in the 1st.

    The unit lacks talent, but is peppered with guys that played under EE in different places. The last few weeks we had 9/11 starters on the field and giving up 200 yards on the ground like they were free cars at an Oprah show. The defense isn’t just bad, it’s historically bad and it takes a real guru to be worse than every other defense ever(o).
