Anyone up for critical thinking?

I got called out to a location by a pumper. His call was very strange to say the least. He kept telling me there was a shed on the lease that wasn't there last week. I'll attach pics and the GPS is 40.391669 -104.415186

The simplest answer would be wind picked it up. But if you look in the pics you'll see concrete blocks holding it down and one side has cables buried in the ground but the other side doesn't.

What happened?

1. What is a "pumper"?

 

2. By "on the lease" do you mean on the land he rents? Or the land he leases out?

 

The first pic looks in line with the grass and road. Like a deliberate placement. But all the water suggests it floated there?

A pumper is a guy whose job is to look after oil wells. Light maintenance, making sure we don't commit environmental disasters, and i guess the easiest way is to call him a caretaker.

Referring to the lease is the land that our company rents from the landowner.

Sorry for the jargon. But that building isn't supposed to be there and it's not anywhere on the sat images
