From what I hear though.  Norwell is a perfect example of a Hog Molly. Big, Nasty and Strong.

 

You steal these guys out of the UDFA market and they pan out.  Your roster becomes solid top to bottom.

I really hope you're right. Foucault's size and work ethic are invaluable from what I've read so I hope they receive enough mentorship and feedback to become great.
