An incredible proposal, too bad it won't get built. I think the Rams and Chargers end up bed partners. No one wants the damned Raiders anyway.

Can we not get the General NFL forum back, really gotta share with the fantasy nerds?

Link is broken.

However I do also believe that Rams/Chargers shack up and share space. With that said, Carolina is set to visit the Rams next year on the road. I am either a) making the trip to St. Louis or b) having tailgating in my backyard for the game at the Rose Bowl

Big Cat part of opposition of Rams move to LA. Don't do it Jerry!

Per multiple sources, a group of influential owners strongly opposes the relocation of the Rams to Los Angeles. That group includes Panthers owner Jerry Richardson, who is emerging as a leader of the NFL’s L.A. committee.

Only reason he's opposing it is because he thinks the Chargers/Raiders should move instead. I agree, personally - we don't need four teams in California.

I'm in favor of Raiders moving to San Antonio. That would make 3 teams in Texas and California should Rams move to LA. The problem with Chargers move is that the stadium will have to be publicly financed whereas Stan Kroenke's is fully private. Another issue I have with San Diego moving is that Carson, CA is so far south of LA and it's almost technically Orange County. It's like San Francisco 49ers playing in Santa Clara which makes no sense (like the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim).

The Chargers going with St. Louis and Oakland going to SA has been the best solutaion all along.  The Oakland/SD does not make sense because then you have to switch up teh divisions and Kroenke's idea seems so much better.  The only downside there is the NFL wants two teams there so they need to get one of the other two to go with them.

From everything I have heard, StL and SD are doing all the work while Oak is involved in the SD thing almost as a throw in since two teams in the same stadium is the NFL's ideal situation.  Ironically though it seems that a new stadium in either StL or SD seems much more likely than in Oak.

A good thing about StL and SD moving is that the entire NFC West will then be in the Pacific time (well, Arizona is most of the time).  StL kind of gets screwed as it currently sits with three trips out there each year.

If you move Oakland to SA then that helps out KC as they also kind of get screwed heading to the West Coast twice each season.  It makes the West divisions better geographically.

Assuming you could watch all the games on television, would you mind if the Panthers elected to move? There'd be more media attention, free agents would want to come there, and it'd presumably be easier to win. Assuming they kept the nickname, the color scheme, and "Carolina" would you really mind the Carolina Panthers of Los Angeles?

Fvck you

    • This while he didn't single handily LOSE the game on any one play.....    He was a first overall pick, one we paid a fortune for..... the bar for him is a 10 foot dunk not a 5"8 children's rim.   32 for 49 for 287 with 1 td and 1 int in two games vs the worst team in the conference, two critically important games that we would be 9-5 and competing for the #2 if he had led us to victory....   Ive given him props for the TD to tet.... it was the best pass ive ever seen him make.....   But putting up these kind of numbers isn't up to par. Defenses stack the box and dare him to throw....  and he still puts up medicore at best numbers.    To win with Bryce young the entire rest of the team has to be absolutely perfect to make up for his deficiencies.... so while he didn't "lose" this game for us..... HE DEFFINATLY DIDNT GO WIN IT FOR US. (Which is the REALISTIC EXPECTATION)
    • His O is just built on taking repeated shots and that’s not BY’s game.  It was always a round peg and square hole…. But I also agree with your post.  I hate OC HCs.  Especially green ones.   I never liked anything about the setup
    • I get that. He's also trying to do HC and OC this year which I think is just too much for him. I think it's hard to call plays from the sidelines. That view from up top helps them see what a defense is doing better. A few HCs can do it because they have the QBs and experience to pull it off. DC has neither. I think DC may have spread himself too thin and Bryce isn't the QB to be able to pull of his end of it either. How much they compliment each other in creating this offensive bleh, yet to be determined. Doesn't really matter because it's still awful.
