Why so many taboo subjects?

And Eagles and Ravens. Texans and Bengals aren't dogs either. Losing to the Steelers right now.

2689 yds 22 TDs so far this season. But yeah, he got 95% of that from the Jags and Titans, lol.

It'd be nice if the Panthers played in that division and could clinch at 8 wins.

As bad as people say the NFC south is, for the most part the teams are generally at least competitive.

I agree he isn't elite, but that would come with time given the fact he's still young.

If he isn't elite though, then Luck isn't either.

Right now however I cannot say we are doing everything in our power to help him and build him up.

LOL...Cam Newton has 7 300+ yard passing games in is entire career.

Andrew Luck has 7 300+ yard games in his last 8 starts.

Love is blind I guess.

The fact that this thread has turned into an Andrew Luck slurp fest tells me all I need to know.

Some people just like quarterbacks more who actually look like them. Sad truth.

This bullshit has been going on since before we even drafted Newton, and sadly, it looks like it will never end.

Anytime someone says something about Cam other than "he's the goat," they are flamed. In reality he's an above average, inconsistent QB. Our line played relatively well today. He IS the main reason we lost. I love Cam as much as anybody on here, but he made a lot of poor throws and poor decisions today.

LOCK......THREAD.........PLEASE

Luck is balling this year, Amazing what happens when you give a really good QB some weapons.

Do yourself a favor---check out Luck's offensive line---get a load of his pressure stats.

The guy is being raped on nearly every drop back, has bad running backs, no defense and is blowing up the league this season.

    • I’ve rarely ever been more sure of anything than losing out — but how can anyone say with a straight face “Bryce hasn’t improved, but Canales has and he’s masks his flaws”. You have to be so out of touch with reality to put one way above the other when discussing those two.
    • Last night was the classic example of a visiting team just holding on through the wave of emotion a home team has at the start of a big time game. Bama’s first two kickoff returns really set them back as far as playcalling and allowed OU to dictate field position. The emotion of the home crowd fed into what OU was doing at that point, and it felt like Bama would not be able to overcome that.     Once the kickoff returner was told to fair catch every kick, the game shifted, as Bama wasn’t starting each drive inside their own 15. It was then that Bama was able to make some plays, outscoring OU 34-7 the rest of the way.  I think the last 3/4 of the game proves Bama was the better team. OU was just able to ride the initial wave of emotion to a big lead, but Bama held on just enough.  However, had OU blocked the punt on Bama’s second drive and scored a TD (vice a FG on the ensuing drive), things likely would have been different.  Anyway, Roll Tide!
