Just curious how many miles on the car?

 

80k... Just had a maintenance done yesterday...

 

I find it weird... They tried extremely hard to buy my car yesterday and I said no way... My car has never overheated or anything.  I took care of it very good.  It's fuging wierd... They told me my car would be done in 10 minutes and I had to wait for it for almost 90 minutes.  I tho it was a red flag that something isn't right that it takes that long... Then lady came up to me and said they'll buy it from me right now... I said no thanks but she kept insisting.  When the girl came and got me she was almost shaking...  The fugers knew they fuged my car.

unfortunately you have to.  if you take it some where else and they say your seals are blown or whatever, you cant take it back to scott clark.  They wont honor their service warranty since you took to another repair shop afterwards.

Sounds like they really messed something up. What I would do is ask for the service manager and have a meeting with him tomorrow. Just describe with him what all happen the day you were there. If this doesn't get you anywhere ask for the general manager.

It's a head gasket... I just read online that the best way to check is to start a car and if engine makes a funny noise right before the start it's a head gasket and it does... There is no questions, they fuged my car.

 

not necessarily.  your car could have already been fuged, the gasket/seal could have already been bad but when they did the oil change etc, the buildup plugging the leak could have very well disappeared.  so its quite possible they didnt fug it up but just exposed a real problem you car has.

lol, my car had no issues prior to yesterday appointment.  I also did my inspection and I passed it...

Nope,  I take care of my car and do everything dealership tells me to do.  I only use it to drive to work and from work.  We have a different car for family needs.  Like I said... They told me my car is almost done and it will be 10mins... I sit there for 90 minutes.  I spent 3 hours changing fuging oil... I had an appointment and I showed up at 7:40am on Saturday when they were empty.  It's not my first oil change... It usually takes 40 minutes not 180 minutes.

 

The lady said I got some dry leaves behind my engine and asked me if I want them to clean it up... She said it will be $90 because they will have to move my engine.  I think during the move the did something...

WTF? move your engine to remove leaves? seriously?  Arsen I have some land in florida I would like to sell you.   lol move your engine. jesus christ.
