Could someone answer a question?

 

Is this exempt list a new standard policy for all players in trouble?  Its strange because a player is essentially suspended WITH pay, and therefore not TECHNICALLY suspended,...so when the punishment finally comes they will have their 6 game, 1 year or whatever without pay on top of the games they already lost.

 

Just seems crazy because with trials and appeals, they can go on for YEARS.  What it this trial is continued for a YEAR which happens?

 

What if he then is found not guilty but then has missed 2 playing years for nothing?

 

Am I missing something here?  Seems guilty until proven innocent.  

 

Note-- Im not defending or bashing Hardy-- thats not my discussion. If he beat his girl, ban him for life for me.  If hes innocent, he shouldnt be missing playing time waiting to find out.

Wait a Minute.. I thpought he was already found guilty in the court of public opinion. Wasn't he hanged and buried?

Do people honestly think this guy plays for us next year?

I would say no... And then HELL no. JR doesn't want the publicity that would come with a returning Hardy... Even if he's found innocent.
