6'0 188lbs

He had a few fantastic games last year (Clemson most notably) and I've seen a lot of good stuff written about this kid.  Johnson may fall into that zone between our 1st and 2nd rounder, but I see him having a late first round grade on a lot of sites.  He's a skilled technician at the position, good size, good speed, good awareness.  The area for improvement is in run support but I think he'll be highly coachable in that regard and get better moving forward.

Never missed a single game in college and overall just seems consistent and poised to be a starting CB.

Johnson may not end up being the BPA when 25 rolls around but regardless, he's going to be really good in the NFL and if you're open to Jalen Collins in R1, I think Johnson should be considered as well.

NFL.com compares him to Sam Shields who's one of my favorite cornerbacks.

very good footwork, does not take any mis steps when breaking on the ball. good instincts, and can read routes really well.didn't have many picks, but, was a very consistent player while at Wake. has to become more physical vs. WRs and in the running game.

Agreed.  He proved he was willing to bulk up in college and I could see him willing to take it to the next level once in the NFL.

    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
    • Nah we just talking about giving a platform and normalizing predators (who both beat women) opinions and celebrating it if it fits your narrative.  If that's fun I'm fine being a miserable fug by not supporting P.O.S like that. N b4 you call me a libtard or some other dumb ish know I'm an Anarchist/Libertarian and believe both these dudes should get a complete ass whooping (at min) or something worse for what they have done to women in this world.
