Training camp tips?

Finally, at long last, I've found an opportunity to head to Spartanburg tomorrow. I'd be crazy to go without any prior knowledge, though... so I'm turning to you all for some advice. What are some things I need to know? Like, how early do players make their way to the field before practice, where's the best spot to catch them after practice, how many of them usually stop for fans etc. etc. Thanks!
