We sacked Cousins 5 times yesterday, and we are getting CJ back against the Boys?

Getting pressure from the front four is going to be major. Having Big Money back is going to give us a nice rotation. I'm more concerned about getting gashed in the run game as I am Romo having a 300 + yard day.

I dont know if CJ makes such a huge impact in this game... but having a fresh Jared Allen and a fresh CJ... dangerous.

For those who keep comparing Ealy to Johnson please stop. Johnson is (6'2, 285), Ealy is (6'4, 275). He is more in the mold of Greg Hardy (6'4, 277).

Ealy so far IMO is a year ahead of Hardy's progression, and as a 2nd round pick vs a former (6th round pick in Hardy) he should be.

If I were to guess, the starting unit will remain as is and I think we'll see Johnson when he returns as a part of the rotation as he gets  back into football condition.

You had me up until your dumb comment above.

Hardy was absolutely regarded as a first round talent who slipped to the 6th round because of his red flags and off the field issues....he was not a 6th round talent.

CJ is eligible to come back this week, but they haven't made it official yet. When he comes back, he will take someone else's roster spot. Last I read, they were going to make the call after he does some on-field work Monday or Tuesday.

JJ basically reporting the same thing.

Rivera has yet to make a decision on whether to activate Charles Johnson from temporary injured reserve. The Panthers placed Johnson on the list in the first month of the season after he suffered a hamstring strain.

When Johnson is activated, the Panthers will have to clear a roster spot.

Johnson, along with second-year guard Andrew Norwell, will run on the field with trainers on Monday. Their performance – and how they feel on Tuesday – will go a long way toward determining their status for this week.
