I don't get on here much anymore so I don't know if this has already been posted. But Ron's reaction at 0:38 is priceless. IMO Ron's mentality of letting everyone be who they are is a big part of what makes us so great. Most coaches would tell their player to pipe down in that situation but Ron doesn't and has embraced that mentality in the past (he's taken up for Josh and Cam multiple times along with CJ this past weekend). I'm so glad we kept Chico.
