I cannot take credit for finding these stats in any way, shape or form, but I thought they were interesting:

  • For the eighth time since NFL began seeding playoffs in 1975, the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds in both conferences will meet in their respective conference championships. First time since 2004 season (AFC: No. 2 Patriots defeated No. 1 Steelers 41-27; NFC: No. 1 Eagles defeated No. 2 Falcons 27-10).
  • Since 1990, No. 1 seeds are 16-9 versus No. 2 seeds in conference championships. Since 2006, No. 1 seeds are 5-1 versus No. 2 seeds in conference championships.
  • Home Winning Percentage for the Conference Round since 1990: 31-19 .620

      Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."

      1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
