So does elimination of the chop block significantly effect the Matsko scheme?

The majority of legal chop blocks in the NFL occur on the backside of outside zone running plays to open up cutback lanes. The play side OL will hold the DL up a bit with his arms so the trailing OL can get in front of him and cut block him. Denver and Atlanta both make heavy use of outside zone. Dallas does too but they aren't on our schedule. Seattle does a decent amount. To an extent every team has the play in their playbook. We suck at it so we ran it like less than once per game. I'm not sure how much each team chop blocks and who teaches it, but even if they do I don't know that the change will have a huge effect on the running game.
