Yeah but QB is always the leader on offense and there's only one of him. We've been playing veteran band aids for so long in the secondary that the youth movement is a shock to the system.

Which is why it's important to get high IQ, high character guys which our FO makes a priority. Plus, there are plenty of leaders on the defensive side of the ball. They'll be alright.
