Jake Delhomme's 'good days' are at least on par with the performances of these franchise QBs on their 'bad days'.

I know that's not saying much but the likelihood of the Panthers getting their hands on a franchise QB anytime in the near future is slim, so I'll take Jake Delhomme for the rest of the season if he can continue to play like this.

Fox just needs to make sure to pull him early on his bad days, because we all know where they lead us. And therein lies the problem...

    • i presented this in another thread. he throws better to the out breaking routes the wr run, but almost nothing to the inside. that is half the options on a wr route tree. How do you run an offense like that?  even the outbreaking routes he throws are moonballs, that allow the DBs to catch up unless the wr is wide open. he has to throw with a lot of anticipation becuase he doesnt have the arm strenght to get it there if he is a little late. thats probably why you see balls behind the wrs.
