Official Cardinals at Panthers Gameday Thread...

Cards have a potentially potent offense no doubt. But it isn't as if Julio Jones is going to be walking through that door.

At this point the D is what it is. I'm expecting the OL to at an absolute minimum be serviceable so our offense can score points. If not, heads must roll.

Ha, you know nobody is going to be fired. Come on.

Cards have a legit running game. I am more concerned with that and the inability for the corners to get much help because of it. Cards will gash us on the ground or in the air. Hopefully not both.

Falcons have a great running game. Coleman and Freeman together in that o-line blocking scheme of Shanahan's is every bit as good as David Johnson. And I'd say the Falcons passing game is much better, Julio alone is better than all the Cards receivers combined, and Ryan has played 10x better than Palmer has this year. That being said, the Cards have a defense, the Falcons don't. No idea what will happen either but I have hope.

    • If Tepp did not like and still believe in BY, BY would be gone… AND/OR it was a Tepper pick the entire time and he does not want to look like the neophyte he is. Tepper has shown 0 reservations on canning people he doesn’t believe in, but yet BY still remains?    There was no way any legitimate QB competition would be televised for Panthers Nation to see. Imagine the optics:  Bryce comes out the first series or 2, throws his usual ducks against the first string D. Next QB comes in and doesn’t necessarily look great, but he connects on a few 30 yard lasers. The team knew that Dalton would pose no threat so he was allowed to stay.  Tepp can close training camp to the public, he can control the propaganda machine and ‘media’ coverage, but he can’t control the televised games where the 2nd and 3rd string QBs play almost the entire time.
    • Styles would be fantastic but he is a pretty decent candidate to go ahead of us. I think there is ample talent around 19 and I would be VERY against trading down. That is not something I trust this FO to be able to do successfully. BPA and move on.
    • I don’t know how much I’d count on skattaboo playing again. Like yeah it’s just a broken bone but his feet were pointing at 12 and 6, respectably.
