My good deed for the day

Was pulling into a parking space at Petsmart when I barely noticed something in the space (it's raining heavily). So I stop and get out, and it's an elongated wallet with several 20s hanging out of it along with what looks like receipts and whatever else. I took it in to the Petsmart people and they saw all those 20s and were like "holy crap".

I lost my wallet three times as a high school senior. Have never bought or used one since, and have never ever lost my money or anything else. I feel sorry for this person at Petsmart because they 1) probably got somewhere else before they realized it was missing and 2) probably figured there's no way someone turned it in.

Whoever it was is going to need it to shop at PetSmart. Goddamn that place is expensive...

I like to buy dog treats and canned food at COSTCO. I like to go to Petsmart for the big bags of food because my card saves me like two to five bucks and I get 10 percent off coupons in email.

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
