I say this team is Swiss cheese when it needs to be provolone and it's for some reason we always cut people before we have a replacement it doesn't make any sense everybody with common sense knows you lock in a better job before you quit the crappy job.... you don't quit the job before you get another one because then you're jobless and there are bills to pay
