This is good news on Elder.  Glad he was up for playing today:

Cornerback Corn Elder returned after sitting out the bulk of Friday's second session with a sore knee. The fifth-rounder saw reps at nickel and on the outside.

This explains the earlier picture of McCaffrey with a kid in his arms.  It's Lance Taylor's son, who probably knows Caff pretty well...!
