Wilmington area huddlers: I need a spot to finish filming my movie

So I just got back from Vietnam, where we just became the first ever original feature Vietnam War film to shoot in Vietnam. This is a pretty big deal. Unfortunately we were limited in what we could film and I'm in need of one final day of production here stateside to wrap things up. I'm looking to shoot two things in Wilmington or nearby, and I need two things specifically:

(1) A large warehouse to build a set in. I need to build a 1960s-era bar, about 20x20', and I would like to build it as a freestanding structure inside something much larger.

(2) An outdoor area next to a river. I have a few brief scenes that require a river between 10 feet and 100 feet across. It can be a pretty small section of river, but it needs to be as light on pine trees as possible and hopefully have some kind of clearing along the shore where I can temporarily erect two small village huts.

Anyone have access to anything like this? I'd need to film on Saturday, September 9 and hopefully have a day or two beforehand to set up. I will offer film credits, pizza, and beer to anyone willing to help me finish this up.

Phil idk about a warehouse although there are a ton around here...

I do know of a spot along the Cape Fear River that may work...  it's at the end of Riegel Course Road off of Hwy 87 about 25 miles west of Wilmington.  It's near where I grew up... the road dead ends at the river and there is a decent clearing down there.

This is a grab of it from Google Earth... I suspect it could pass for SE Asia.

OK, read it now.

Can you use some of the small creeks near Carolina Beach that are murky brown water?  Let me think on the warehouse part.

that would be ideal. unfortunately finding exact locations takes loads of time and i don't have much, so getting locations from a local is usually easiest.

the warehouse is far and away the most important part though

Let me get out on the water and see what's out there for you to use.  Can sea grass or reeds be in the scene?

Yeah that's doable. I may bring some plants to submerge at the edge of the water to authenticate it a bit more. Narrower is better, between 10-30 feet across is ideal, preferably with a bend in the river at some point and some kind of clearing or flat area that I could throw a few small prefab huts up on the bank.
