Reading this board you would have thought the Falcons lost to the Lions/Bears. Falcons controlled both of those games.

Falcons didn't start blowing teams out until end of the year last year. Offense still looks dominant when healthy.

controlled.. lol

Yeah which is typically the case for a tight game where neither team ever really put the other away.

like the chicago atlanta game earlier this year.

I'm not trying to say the game wasn't close...just that the Falcons were in control for most of the game. Kind of like Bills vs Panthers.

Huge Panthers fan here, but also realistic.  I don't honestly understand how we're 6th when we easily could be 1-4.

- 49ers win...solid win against a bad team

- Bills win...should've been a loss if their WR could make a regular catch in the end zone at the end of the game

- Saints loss...blowout loss to an average team

- Pats win...good win on the road, but with the way the defense was playing at the end, most likely would've been a loss if Funchess doesn't knock away Cam's errant pass that was going right to the DB

- Lions win...another good win on the road, but again, absent a key 3rd down conversation at the end, another likely loss.

So we're 4-1 instead of 1-4 because of 3 plays (Bills drop, Funchess INT knockaway, Lions 3rd down conversion to Benjamin).
