you can’t out compete someone the right way,.. so accusing them,.. or um killing them is the only way to win.

i should get in on that,.. I need to get paid and advance my career too.

My personal favorite way is to get a copy of their resume and send it out to as many headhunters as possible.  I've helped get more than one of my co-workers a different job, and out of my way, using that technique.
