Senior Bowl = unfair advantages?

Why has the Senior Bowl flown so far under the radar when it comes to access/fairness for all teams?  And how long will current practices stay in place?

Coaching staffs are chosen primarily from the bottom of the standings and from teams that do not fire their head coaches.  But why should the bronco's be allowed such a close and in-depth look at qb prospects to the exclusion of other teams?

Used to be the Senior Bowl was a throw away, teams sent their scouts and everyone on their best behaviour and gentleman's rules.  But in the  competitive scramble to gain every edge and every scrap of information this seems a huge advantage for the teams of the coaching staffs chosen.

I know Hue Jackson was offered and declined the offer to coach at the senior bowl. Giants and Colts dont have head coaches yet. Browns have pick 4. Denver is next up with pick 5. Just follows the draft order.

Denver has a real shitty qb situation too. Darnold and Rosen probably go #1 and #2 . Colts have Luck. Browns have 4. Denver probably not interested in Lamar Jackson. So they'd most likely pick Baker Mayfield or Josh Allen.
