I see if differnet i see a lot of teams taking QB in the first round.

I'm with you on this one. I see a run on QB this year and many of the 2nd to 4th round talent could go higher than expected because of this.

The teams that could/will take a quarterback is fairly long.

Carolina, Washington, Minnasota (unless Farve plays another year), San Fran, Seatle, St. Louis, Jacksonville, Buffalo, Cleveland, Oakland, Denver. Then you have Tennesse and Arizona who no one knows what is going to happen with Young and Linart. Throw in the team or two that no one thinks is even looking for a QB and You are almost at half the league.

Of course 16 teams are not going to draft a QB in round 1 but the combination of the talent of this class with the current needs within the teams sets up for a run on QB in the 1st round.

Id trade a third for leinart! He seemed to progress in the preseason and when he got spot duty last year.

Doesn't he have some plate in his wrist, and then he injured it again last night falling onto it? If there is one place on a QB that worries me with carreer long injury, it's the wrist.

I like the kid out of Wake Forest personally, Riley Skinner. No way the Panthers could get him, or would even make the attempt if they could.

Trust me. I went to Wake so I know a little about this kid. He's not even a good college QB, why would anyone think he'd be a good pro QB? Not tall enough, not good with reads, no strong arm, why?
