Who are your top targets at 24

That's fair enough, and there are plenty others that like the idea of giving up one of the 3rds to move up in the second. 

Personally I like having 4 picks in the top 100.  I feel better about getting 3 starters with 4 picks than 3 starters with 3 picks.  24, 40, and 85 or 30, 43, 85, and 88.  A lot of is going to be decided by the how the board falls, I don't really think you can decide before hand.  If pick 24 comes around and I have 4-5 guys are rated pretty close at the top of my board I consider moving down.  If there is one guy at the top of my board and then a gap to the next tier I stay put.
