More misconduct in panthers

I'm not excusing anyone.......but if you have male reproductive organs (AKA twig and berries) you have done /said something in your lifetime that could have /would have gotten you fired for sexual misconduct/ harassment or just "offensive language".   Also if you were in a position of power or had money you were 10x more likely to be called on it.

Having said all that the JR stuff was creepier than average.

I get people want instant justice (firings) these days but that story broke less than 48 hours ago. I'm sure the investigation into Fuller had been going on for weeks behind the scenes before his resignation.

No, not instant justice. It just seems that we were made aware of the misconduct with JR and then the NFL intervened within days.  That Washington story has been out what, almost a week now?  Also, much in the same fashion, they apparently announced an internal investigation, but if there were friends of Snyder invited to that topless shoot and essentially set up on forced dates with those cheerleaders, that seems even more egregious than the sexual misconduct that went on here.  Wrong is wrong, but forced nudity and being made to act essentially as escorts for Snyder's rich friends seems like something that the league SHOULD be all over immediately, and yet, they aren't.  Also, is the league going to force Snyder to sell his team over this?

Also wanted to add, if you guys think our organization is some unique cesspool, just full of despicable dirtbags, I have a bridge to sell you...   I suspect the majority of men make unwanted advances, act like creepers, and over step boundaries with their female counterparts in the workplace, regardless of the industry, on a daily basis.  I believe a lot of it is socialized, which may be changing in this climate, but I also believe the behavior is borne of physiological components that didn't evolve as society did and everyone just accepted it...  this movement is the first real push back.  But, if anything, I think the places where this kind of conduct still goes unchallenged is wherever there is money and consolidated power - so NFL organizations are ripe for this kind of environment...  especially when you consider the misogynistic foundations the sport is built upon.

I'm certain this kind of workplace misconduct is going on within the majority of organizations in the league, it's just likely they either have NDAs out the wazoo, paid off their victims better, or are much more intimidating with their threats to keep victims silent.  And this isn't to excuse anything that has happened within our organization...  it's disgusting.  Just pointing out that I don't think the experience in our organization is unique, even though it is being framed that way.

This is the work environment the liberals have created. Men, do not interact in any way, shape, or form with any women or anyone that “identifies” as a woman. Sad times...

Don't you miss the good old conservative work environments where men or anyone who "identifies" as a man could prey on female co-workers and rub their employees legs?
