Byrd, Frazier, Barner and Artis-Payne

Byrd will make the team, we keep 6 WR. The only WR I think we should cut if any is Torrey Smith. But honestly I really liked Smith when he was with the Ravens.

 

frazier is practice squad material, sign him if injuries occur. Sure he did some things in preseason but let’s be real he isn’t better than any of our top 6 WR.

 

barner is cut. We don’t need him with CMC, CAP, Byrd, Moore and Wright who can all play special teams which is what Barner will be doing. We can always resign him if CMC gets injured.

 

 

CAP will make the team. The panthers  keep 3 RB. He has experience and is cheap. He has played decent when needed. I think he may not be active on game day but will make the 53.

 

since Barner is gone who else would be the 3rd RB? Hood hasn’t played well in the preseason, he is practice squad material at best.

As  far as who's the better player if both are healthy though?  Yeah, I'd go with Samuel.

Samuel passes the eye test for me, but I'm not at practice.  Not sure why you would have him out there, who has flashed this pre-season, and not Smith, who has caught 1 ball for 12 or so yards this preseason.
