Taints, Falcons, and Bucs are 30, 31, and 32 in scoring defense.  The only reason the Taints have won a few games is that they have the #3 scoring offense to go along with it.  The Bucs look like they are about to sink, and lose any semblance of offense they started with.  All three are hyper-unbalanced, which makes them scary to play, but it is very hard to win a championship that way.
