Forever in my mind the greatest panther to ever wear the uniform. Steve Smith, was an animal at his position, in a body that many said wasn't big enough to be a #1. He proved them wrong since day 1.  Now it's come full circle and he gets to be on the side to criticize.

 

He's been talking alot about the receiving core and he just made a great point. CMC is the guy, and while there's no question in terms o production this receiving core seems content to just let him be the guy. We have no alphas at the WR position. Guys with the same attitude that they won't be beaten, like CMC and Steve Smith.

 

His point was this, when will these guys show up? They have a perfect opportunity to live up to their potential tonight. I would be ecstatic to see them explode and CMC have a quiet game on my fantasy team. At least then we know we can win in more ways than CMC and Cams legs.

 

Is tonight the night the passing game wakes up?

      lmao that's a good point; but at the same time I think and HOPE Canales learned from how he operated last year, only giving us one real look against the Bills that had people shouting 'Super Bowl'...only to come out flat.

      I mean the whole defense was trash, he was at least trying. Besides if you put a all-pro among 10 PSers, that all-world will look human. It's very hard to judge very bad units and find the best players among them. Horn and Mjack played well too, there was 0 pass rush and -1777784 run defense.

      I was looking back and seen Evan Neal has made the switch to OG after awful years at OT.......I wanted him over Icky for his tricep alone..... I was 100% stroud too, I was super pissed about his record setting and playoff leading start......I had arich vastly over the midget BY too. But right now, BY is about the only one on the up&up. The Texans used lots of prime draft capital to help Stroud.  It's still not ready. But if you're honestly about past drafts, these GMs are not alone in making mistakes.  I still feel they should stayed put and allowed Carter to fall in their lap, but best I know Tepper had the worst rage about landing a QB for the past 5 years. The deal is with the correct coaching staff, Baker or darnold would still be here....Baker has signed 3 years for 100 million, which is a great NFL QB contract. Tepper hiring rhule and his shitty Baylor/temple staff was a massive setback given rhule was in control too. Then panic set in an d fitteerererererer had to make a winner and find a QB. Ugh.....I hope they are back...
