If we were going to can both we would have already done it. It takes time to find a GM. Still who knows, maybe tepper already has someone in mind.

Oh I'm not worried about it. 

I just find it odd when people drone on about what they "think" and suggest the "talent evaluation" and "team building" skills of key Panthers executives is "awful" and dance around what they might do "if" they were "Tepper" etc....

.....are then unwilling to say what they think will happen.
