When I am on the main Panthers Forum page, I see a blue button above the current topics, on the left, that says Start New Topic.  Or, on this page, there is a similar button marked Reply to This Topic, and next to it on the left is a link to Start New Topic.

 

I have a reply to this topic but no start new post on the home page. I'm not sure why? Thanks Sgt. Schultz.

There is a chance that you may need 100 post to start a new thread.

 

Also, if you hit @ then type their name, you get a drop down list. Hit the name you want. Viola @Big SexyThey will get a notification. Easy peasy
