Great idea!! Overload the system, make it crash and then bring in CHANGE.....take seats away from those that make no noise and give to the ones that have been disenfranchised from making noise......Once this is done then we can hire security that force the crowd into a cheer on demand!! before my first game i was disappointed to find out that i couldn't take an air horn in. because of that i lose my voice when I go. even at the eagles game this year.
