What happens if Moore starts and throw 4 picks vs TB?

So are we comparing a largely inexperienced QB with one that had his chances and did not do that great? Suppose he does throw a pick; which he prolly will. The important thing is; does he bounce back and still win the game or does he go spiraling out of control afterward? I do expect picks in almost every game no matter what team is on the field.
