“Today we hugged Chris for the last time and said goodbye as he went to give four people the gift of life by donating his kidneys, liver and lungs,” she wrote. “We are deeply broken and deeply proud. In life and in death, Chris never stopped giving. We walk forward with his light guiding us.”

In December my health took a turn for the worse I became very weak fast and could not even eat When I say fast I mean going from eating a full plate of food to three days later not being able to drink a a sip of water I went to VA hospital emergency room for dehydration and figure they schedule me for a feeling tube placement They admitted me and two weeks later I woke up to my standing over me in the hospital room this occurred during my second or third drug holiday from Radicava Again no way to know if what I experienced was a side effect When I was discharged I was completely paralyzed So i started on Ayurvedic treatment from Natural Herbs Centre as time went on movement returned to my legs and to my arms and hands Able to hold my head up and strength has returned I give credit to God and NHC for my recovery Almost forgot to mention I was on 24 hours ventilation Now only use vent at night and during naps Was diagnosed in 2021 with ALS, The website name is naturalherbscentre .com We're a little scared to tell everyone because some people might not believe us, since there's no cure for ALS. But when I saw this post, I decided to share our story. This treatment is a breakthrough!

      QBR is the worst one because it hides behind the cloak of being "proprietary."  ESPN does not publish what the actual basis of QBR is. There is no way for other analytics guys to even critique the math/methodology involved because no one outside ESPN knows what it is.

      Don't underestimate how a bad hire can flip that on it's head. IMO, this was a mutual parting of ways because he likely would have been canned otherwise. Also, I am willing to bet his media job lasts until a good HC opportunity presents itself.

      I doubt they cut him or injury settlement or anything, he wil get  his IR stint I assume. That 5th year option money is fat too. He won’t walk away broke if he has to retire.  And we have the 12 month window if it goes like that.    I think best case is we find a talented LOT to replace him, maybe he is good enough after healing to slide over to ROT and we can save on the Moton deal for 2027.  Moton is on tap for 28.4 million, and change, for 2027 and he he getting close to the end, I think. Kind of thinking if we do 2026 with him it would be time to move on afterwards.  It is high finance.    PS between WR, OT and QB salaries you can spend all your money. If you can draft we’ll I would think you can play the musical chairs game with the rookie contracts and not have all three as expensive vets at the same time. Somehow.
