switched from twc to directv a little over a month ago cuz the deal was cheaper than what twc offered. NFLN was a bonus, and i'm glad i don't have to worry about this problem too.

Also, when returning my box to twc they told me the price of internet is going up. I wish there were another company that would offer it in my area so i could be done with twc for good!

Really??? Charter is worse than Jake was in the Arizona and Philly games combined. Horrible quality, high price, and their customer service sucks.
