He falls after the catch way too much, like his touchdown pass. If he could do something after the catch I'd be more interested.

I saw a lot of offensive pass interference and blown coverage resulting in those big plays. He will have a much tougher time in the nfl. I liked his passion but I saw nothing else that made him any different than Barnidge to me.

In the modern game it is hard for a white WR to be taken seriously. Even for myself. When I watched Shipley this year, even at his best, In the back of my head I kept thinking "yeah but, he's white, is he gonna be able to do this in the nfl" It's sad but true. If he was black I would think he was the best in the draft. Its not PC but its life. Because of this most good white WR's play with a chip on their shoulder, and are underrated.

good post, i also think white players get treated unfairly sometimes and are overlooked because in the nfl they are minorities. just given the chance i think there could be a lot more white players in the nfl making impact
