2nd Round, 48th overall pick S Myron Rolle Fla. St. yes he's been out of football for a year, but has the potential to be the biggest steal in the draft imho

3rd Round 78th overall pick WR Dezmon Briscoe Kansas please 86 the Jarrett project

4th round 109th OLB Roddrick Muckelroy Texas if still available i would crap a chicken

6th round 181st overall pick DE Indiana Jammie Kirlew who? exactly....Hoosier

6th round 209th pick (Compensatory) OT LSU Ciron Black big body for the line

7th round 229th overall pick FB Stanford Toby Gerhart someone always drops farther than expected, Gerhart is my prediction to do so and I think he'd make a better FB than RB

7th round 249th overall pick (Compensatory) Fla. Atlantic QB Rusty Smith a ginger for the win

There are reaches, but not reaches of 4 rounds (at least if you aren't Al Davis)! Rolle played well during SB week but he doesn't worth a 2 Rd pick.

Competition at FB? IMO we need competition in other important spots (QB, WR2, KR/PR, DT and maybe WLB and DE).

Regards!!

I'm not sure Briscoe will still be there in round 3. Every year fans around the world get excited about certain 'gems' and think that they'll be a steal in the mid rounds. What people forget is that everyone else is watching and reading what you are. If everyone sees a gem in someone, they are no longer underrated and their draft stock WILL go up. Briscoe imo will go in the 2nd round at least. Would love to have him in the 3rd though. I don't have a problem with this mock other than that, it's fine to go BPA. Hurney doesn't necessarily draft our weakest position first, just a position of need.

    • Im not angry. Im disappointed. I want to win. Anyone who has watched Bryce play the last 3 years and thinks that this team has in any way seriously addressed the glaring deficiencies in our QB room is deluding themselves. It's been explained ad nauseum how our FO has protected Bryce from feeling even slightly challenged or pressured. A GM without an interfering owner would have brought in another QB to at least give the team a better chance at winning. We just gave an extension to a QB that only got 3k yards on the last play of his 16th game of the year. Indy admitted AR wasn't good enough by bringing in Jones to compete for the starting role. Tennessee drafted Ward to replace Levis. Stroud hasn't repeated his 1st year and Mills' performance was decent when he filled in after Stroud's injury and some were calling for him to remain starter. His future there is still in question even with a 5th year. We should have done the same, especially given that Bryce was benched.  Bringing in Grier is just another glaring billboard pronouncing the obvious. Dave Tepper still has his hands in the daily operations of this team. He controls the QB room because Bryce was his pick. Until Tepper finally admits that Bryce has barely lived up to the standards of a NFL Qb, we're going to spend our days reminiscing of when we were mediocre and finished 9-7.  It's just discouraging. We'll address every position on the field except the one with a glaringly obvious shortcoming. I had hoped Tepper really had backed off. Bryce's 5th year, Dalton's 2 year contract then trade, Kenny Pickett, Will Grier, Jack Plummer, and  Hendon Hooker say otherwise. It already feels like it's going to be a hard year of Panthers football to watch.
