Panthers vs. Colts superbowl?

didnt we play the colts in this preseason and our first team kick theirs asses? or am I dreaming?

The Colts are a much different team than they were at the start of the season. I'm not saying they're flawless, as I actually think San Diego will beat them tonight.

Still, if we did end up facing them I think it would be foolish to expect the same results from our first meeting.

Can't see the Colts beating the Steelers....Harrison is old, Wayne is not having a great season, and Gonzalez is a schizophrenic performer. I don't even count Rhodes and Addai's performance as worthy of being considered a running game against the Steelers...right now, it is shaping up like a Panthers vs. Ravens superbowl

The Steelers have won in spite of themselves the last few games. I know things can change, but I just don't see them going very far in the playoffs.

I want us to play Tenn. in the Super Bowl so we can shut up the Pillsbury Dough Boy, and Pac Man Jr. And embarrass the poo out of Kerry Collins.

Kill 4 birds with one stone(win the Lombardi will be the 4th) :D

You heard it here first.....Johnson has all the attributes to be the next Pac Man Jones of the NFL.......

After further review...

Steelers play either Chargers, Dolphins, or Colts. I think I'll modify that comment about the Steelers to "Don't think they'll make it past the AFCCG". Still, any of those teams could give them a run for their money.

I think the Chargers beat the Colts tonight so..

I actually think San Diego will beat them tonight.

Sproles is one hell of a player. I always wished we saw him at the running back position more last year, though you can understand why he wouldn't get much time with Tomlinson and Turner in the backfield.

It's nice to see him getting some recognition. Makes the people saying DeAngelo Williams was too small look that much more ignorant. :)

    • After last season, it was the same question. And the answer most people came to was "If he doesn't make the playoffs, he's gone." He made the playoffs. No matter how it was done, we made it to the playoffs. He's safe. He's going to have a chance to keep working this out, even if next season isn't a playoff one.  I think we'll do better next year than we did this season. There's something being built here.
    • The NBA is a very fickle league. Kon is one of the hottest rookies in years and beyond just his play on the court he is a very steady competitor and that translates to the rest of the team. That has been a glaring absence with the culture of this franchise through the bulk of the LaMelo Ball years that's just being completely blunt and realistic. The enigma of LaMelo Ball is he is entering year 6 and still either red hot or ice cold. We need him to find that sweet spot. Logic dictates the Hornets will want to see this core again next year. But the clock is beyond ticking at this point. It's put up or shut up. Especially considering what the Thunder managed to do recently. I'm hopeful they can keep these wins rolling in and get some much needed playoff experience under their belts which will help substantially.
    • I think as long as the Panthers are competitive with Canales they should keep him. Pepper needs to repair his/the teams image as a place prized free agents aren't hesitant to consider. Just dont do any crazy poo for a few years.
