In an uncapped year, I would feel we would put rather high tenders on all of our FA's. If people want to play highest bidder for our FA's we should be compensated highly.

If the players are retained we could always restructure a long term contract or pay them a little higher for a year, again, its uncapped

Is it me or is calling them cheap kind of inaccurate. The NFL is on the brink of a likely work stoppage. You really want them handing out huge contracts to everyone only to pay them for possibly nothing. What Richardson is doing is just smart, and smart for the future of the organization. Although I disagree with other things I think he is doing the best thing for long term, but at the same time I can see how a fan would be pissed its sad to see good players cannot be locked up due to the unknown future of the business, but you have to be an idiot to not realize that's just how it works, and for good reason.
