Remember this time last year?

I have no problems with having a young team...if that young team is proven and I can trust them 100%. That said, all of our youngins are not proven and I can't trust them 100%. So if the brass were to go silent, and not bring any vets in to mentor the young guns, I'd worry. We just cut some pretty big names. We have a LONG way to go, and that's plenty of time to fill in the gaps, but it'd be nice to see them make ONE move...just to show us they aren't doing the fire sale, and are trying to form the best squad...because right now, we don't have the best squad.

Hurney and Fox went MIA for 2-3 weeks. What if they do the same thing this year? Will you be pissed?

I think Fox, Hurney and the Richardson boys had pretty much put their plan into motion then: Superbowl or bust. Jake would be the leader with a new fat contract passing to Smitty and Moose and utilizing double trouble; Peppers would give the team one more good push on the D-Line; Meeks would bring more passion to the D. The draft would be to fill in any holes which appears to be (in their minds) insurance if somebody signed Peppers away and a nickel CB (Martin) to be there in case Marshall struggles as a starter. The Martin plan sort of failed since he wasn't an effective CB but they got lucky with Captain and Dante playing decent.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
