The Giants currently have TWO of their assistants interviewing for head coaching positions (OC Gilbride and DC Spagulnolo). Distracting? Hopefully. I'd like nothing more than to head into the NFC Championship playing the Eagles at home. In the past, how have assistants destined for HC gigs faired when their team has a game in January?

I really like Westbrooks matchup against a realatively slow NYG lb core. And also Phillys ability to stop the run with Dawkins recent streak of creating plays. But edge goes to NYG in special teams so I am actually taking the Giants here only because of special teams, I think they are that even otherwise.

Who cares...we have to beat the Cardinals first. Classic mistake is overlooking an opponent that you have already beaten this season. The Cardinals are the saints 2.0 and we all saw what the saints almost did to us last week. Godfrey, Gamble, Lucas, Marshall, and Harris need to step their games up to the highest level...no more dropping INTs, no more busted coverages, no more 4th quarter let downs. When the DBs blitz they better get there because Warner will make you pay if you dont.

      I agree with OP notion, QBs always get credited for game winning drives even if they do minimal. Just last night Caleb got credited for a GE drive when they basically ran the ball the whole drive and only had to go 36 yards.   And there are drives where Bryce could of had a game winning drive if not for a Legette drop vs Philly or a Chubba fumble vs Tampa

      You are actually, genuinely comparing Bryce to Jimmy fuging Pickles? Jimmy accounted for 3 touchdowns in his 10 starts in 2010. In Bryce’s 10 games post benching last year, he accounted for 20 touchdowns. Jimmy threw three touchdowns in 2010. Three. Bryce has thrown 10 touchdowns through 6 games. He is currently on track to throw for 3300 yards, 28 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. Wtf are we even talking about anymore. I mean seriously

      Tepper? The guy that directs the coaches towards goals that he set for them… that guy. He is the one.    I don’t think he ever was going to be expelled from class, they had him come in for garbage time maybe the 2nd week he was benched.  I will say this. People said he wasn’t under pressure the last part of the year when he did better, but he was fighting for his career and that’s pressure. And he saved his career too. I don’t reject him for those kinds of things I reject him for the physical things. I have always brought it down to he has slim margin for error and has to be perfect. People with the tool set have a little fatter margin for error. Why make it harder on yourself? Got nothing to do with hating him.  I am no statistician but game that margin thing out a lot and see how that works.
