Week 5 Match up: Peppers vs. Gross

Just talking to a buddy about this match up. It will be a great fight. I think Gross having had to have gone against him in Practice for so long will def help. If Peppers completely anhilates him, we will then know that Pepper was holding back when he played for the Panthers.

I'm more interested to see how we gameplan against him. I think our coaching staff knows how to stop him. Just keep hitting Peppers with double teams and he'll eventually give up if his team is behind.

I'm not going to go so far as to predict anything, but I will definitely be at the game and I'm looking forward to what always turns out to be a hard fought battle between these 2 teams.

Gross just needs some TE help. I'm not saying Peppers won't get a sack in this game, I just think the staff knows his play well enough that they will be able to contain him.

This will probably be one of the four games all season that Pep actually plays hard. With that said, Gross can handle him just fine.

The question is what will Peps replacement do? I wonder if Everette is going to try and outplay julius to prove to these fans that he should be respected and is willing to make this team better. Gross should handle him just fine and if he jumps to LE then Otah shouldn't have too much of a problem either.
