Vinny Del ***** was fired as the Chicago Bulls’ coach on Monday night, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.

Del ***** was informed of the decision in a meeting with general manager Gar Forman on Monday night at the team’s practice facility.

Heard that Bernie Bickerstaff and the other asst. coaches will not be retained either. Would love to have Bernie back here in some front office capacity.

Because he isn't a very good coach, and got in a fight with the VP of BBall operations John Paxson.

They would like to match up a new coaching staff with at least one and possibly two full boat max contracts next season.

I predict they end up with 1 or 2 2nd tier guys like Boozer or Johnson, and the pipe dream of Bosh and a real coach passes them by.

^ A starting line up of Rose/Johnson/Deng/Boozer/Noah would probably be worthy of the 3rd best team in the east if that lineup existed this past season (with a decent coach). Still, I think that of all the potential FA's this summer only two (Lebron and Wade) are worth max contracts even though a few others like Bosh and Amare will get them. I think there will be a lot of overpaying this year and that will leave a lot of 2nd tier guys out on the street desperate for even a one year or two year deal. Then the Bobcats can swoop in and get some good stop-gap contributors.

Lots of hopes are being pinned on Wade and James, and neither one of those guys is going anywhere. That is awesome news for dudes like Bosh and the rest of the pack, as teams will get desperate to do SOMETHING....and overpay.

That will be the Bulls, and most likely they will end up with a mediocre coach...again.

Least you aren't a Hawks fan. We have the talent to beat Orlando or Cleveland or anyone but Woody couldn't motivate a retriever to fetch.
